First things first: Make sure to properly fuel your spooktacular adventures with the appropriate coffee! While you can find seasonal drinks at most of our local coffee shops this time of year, try out Coffeeholic House in Columbia City for something extra special. They’re serving up Pumpkin Cheesecake Lattes and Seattleites can’t get enough!

Once you have your coffee, take a stroll through the Seattle Japanese Garden to see some stunning colorful leaves in a natural paradise. If you visit between October 8th and 17th, you can catch their Maple Festival for a glimpse at all the colors! It’s one of the most rejuvenating fall activities in Seattle.

Looking to head a little further from home and go beyond activities in Seattle? Bob's Corn & Pumpkin Farm is about a 40-minute drive from our community and serves as a mecca for all things autumn. Fresh donuts, pumpkins and a unique corn maze design await you!

For those that love to be scared, checking out the Georgetown Morgue Haunted House is a must! It’s one of the best Halloween attractions in Seattle and not too far from your South Lake Union home. Grab your tickets and be prepared to be SCARED!

Last but not least, when you’re done with your daily festivities, be sure to try out Seattle Cider Co’s Pumpkin Spice Cider to wind down for the evening with friends! We can’t get enough of this local cidery’s seasonal flavors and it’s the perfect way to toast the season. Pumpkin beer for the win!
